Ingredients:
Whole Pomfret: 4
Drained sour yogurt: 100 grams
Mango Oil: To taste
Five-boil powder: two teaspoons
Turmeric: One tablespoon
Cloves: Half teaspoon
Cinnamon: One piece
Dry Chillies: 2
Tomato paste: half cup
Onion batter: half cup

Method:
Wash the fish well and cut it in two. This will infuse the spices into the fish.
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Mix the mixture well with the fish and marinate it for an hour.
Heat oil in a pan and add cloves, cinnamon and cardamom.
Mix onion batter, chopped tomatoes, green chillies, half a cup of sour curd and keep stirring. Add the marinated fish after the oil comes out from the spices.
Gently turn the fish over so that the fish is coated with the spices.
